Every item we create is handcrafted by skilled artisans, and we take great pride in its quality and uniqueness.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our 15-day return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as received, without stains, odors, or damage.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vanyugarts@gmail.com with
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once we review the case, we will offer one of the following options:
- A replacement (if available)
- A full refund, including shipping, if a replacement is unavailable
4. Return Process
- Email us at vanyugarts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and our return address.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- We will schedule the pickup of the item from your address
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- If the returned item shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping, only a partial refund or store credit may be issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. International Returns
For international orders:
- You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
- Return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- If you refuse delivery due to customs or duties, return shipping and fees will be deducted from your refund.
7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective products.
If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 6 hours if they have not yet been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
