- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Since many items are handmade, slight delays may occur during peak seasons.
- A shipping confirmation email/SMS will be sent once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Within India
- Shipping is free across India on all orders.
- Estimated delivery timeline: 5–8 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
3. International Shipping
- We ship to selected countries worldwide.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and package weight at checkout.
- Estimated delivery timeline: 7–20 business days (may vary due to customs, holiday periods, or courier delays).
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer.
4. Order Tracking
- A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
5. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
- Please ensure the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are correct.
- If an order is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof at vanyugarts@gmail.com.
- We will assist with replacement, refund, or claim as applicable.
